Shipping Domestic (U.S.)
We strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. Most products are made to order. Lead times vary according to inventory. Standard shipping via a tracked carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS) typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original shipment date. Items must be in unused, uninstalled, and original condition with all packaging intact.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email info@everettmanufacturing.com with your order number and request.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Ship your return using a traceable and insured service, and include all original product materials and packaging.
Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return and replacement shipping costs and prioritize your request.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please email us immediately at info@everettmanufacturing.com or call (801) 540‑6229. We’ll confirm your cancellation and process a full refund if the order hasn’t been dispatched.
